Our Support Staff

Most of our staff have been with our organization for 5+ years. Everyone who works for our company has come from a diverse employment background. LTCPCMS also participates with Choice Group who provides employers access to a pool of qualified applicants with disabilities who are ready to work.
We could not meet the needs of our clients if we did not have strong, talented, and dedicated staff. Rodney and I are blessed to have such a dedicated team of individuals who care as much about our clients as we do.

Patty Crawford


Patty has worked in several aspects of Healthcare for 30+ years. She and Rodney have worked together for 21 years. Patty has worked for Hospitals, Nursing homes, Drug Manufacturers, and has owned and worked in Pharmacies. She also has designed several software applications to assist individuals to manage their medications. She and her team have been awarded business of the year three times in three different aspects of our work.

Patty often says her heart and all that she has is dedicated to those seniors who reside in long term care facilities. These residents are or represent those individuals who protected us, sacrificed for us, educated us, and nurtured us. They deserve to be treated with dignity and we must do all that we can to honor, protect, and care for their generation. Patty was born and raised in Ohio but has lived in several states. She is the mother of two extraordinary daughters who also dedicate themselves to taking care of those who are experiencing life’s challenges. They, with their amazing husbands raise Patty’s four grandchildren.

Robbie Sutkay

Robbie has worked in healthcare for 14+ years and has a breadth of leadership experience in the industry. Prior to joining LTCPCMS, he spent more than a decade in various roles in the medical device industry, working with hospital administrators to reduce costs while maintaining exceptional outcomes. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and Northwestern University and a Biomedical Engineering degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
In his free time, Robbie enjoys chasing his two young daughters and small dog around the house and an occasional dinner date with his wife. He has always loved team sports, music, and a constant push to learn and grow through books, friends, and family.

Rodney Burton


Rodney graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy after completing pre-pharmacy studies at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia.  Rodney purchased his first community pharmacy 6 months out of pharmacy school in his hometown of Orange, Virginia.  He practiced there for 10 years and there he pursued his initial interest in Long Term Care serving nursing homes in the local area.  Rodney continued in Long Term Care working for both private and public companies in senior management roles.  He joined Patty as co-owner of LTCPCMS over 18 years ago after working with her for 3 years in one of the larger public institutional LTC pharmacies.  Together our mission is supporting the nursing home industry and the seniors they faithfully serve. 

Rodney has been married for more than 45 years to his high school sweetheart and blessed with two boys and a girl.  Two of his children are married and have given us two grandsons and a granddaughter that complete our family.  Rodney also enjoys football, playing golf, fishing, and shooting for relaxation and fun.


Active in the healthcare industry for over 10 years, Tyler carries a broad knowledge of pharmacy practice and clinical efficiencies.  He is dedicated to helping clients identify and drive down unnecessary pharmaceutical expenditures, ensuring an opportunity for them to strengthen focus on superior care for their residents.

In his spare time, Tyler enjoys hanging out with his wife and two children, taking walks along the “backyard” trails of the James River, and listening to his record collection.  He also has an irrational fear of opossums.  Seriously, he thinks they’re out to get him.


Jennifer has been in the Healthcare industry for 20 years. She started her career working in Primary Care and Hospice and moved her way up to implement an EMR system to local hospitals and physician offices in the Richmond area. She joined LTCPCMS to further her career in Project Management where she can put her critical thinking and organizational skills to use to ensure nursing facilities can spend more time caring for their residents.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children vacationing on Hatteras Island in their camper as well as watching her nephew race at the local racetracks in Virginia.


David has been with LTCPCMS for over 10 years after spending roughly 10 years in investment management and operations. He enjoys applying his diverse financial background to solve the complex problems that impede our customers’ mission of providing the highest quality care for their patients and residents.

David is proud to work for a company that strives to be on the cutting edge of industry changes and that will go to any lengths to provide the best possible service for its customers.

He believes that LTCPCMS’s customer first mentality and “can do” culture push everyone that works here to constantly seek improvement and efficiency in ways that will benefit our customers and everyone under their care.


LeAnne is a Certified Pharmacy Technician with a background in Medical Coding and Billing. She has worked in various aspects of the Pharmacy industry since 2005 and joined the LTCPCMS team in 2008. LeAnne is an avid learner with extensive insurance expertise and adjudication knowledge. What she finds most rewarding about her job, is seeing the impact that our company has on helping improve others’ lives.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her son and traveling.


John TeRonde, PharmD, VP of Client Services, works with LTCPCMS to serve operators, patients, and residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across the country. A second-generation senior care pharmacist, John learned from his father that the profession of pharmacy can improve patients’ lives, both clinically and financially.

John has spent over 20 years working in multiple areas of long-term care and senior care pharmacy. He has a diverse professional background with experience in corporate management, pharmacy consulting, and facility operations. He has worked both on the provider side and customer side of long-term care pharmacy.

John is graduate of the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy, and lives in Denver, CO with his wife Katie and their daughter Julia. Together they enjoy spending times riding bicycles and hiking in the mountains with their two dogs.


Technology has always been my passion. From the very first lines of code written when I was a child to solving complex IT incidents for a Fortune 100 company and now working towards IT strategies that directly affect the lives of others in a positive way.

Outside of the office, I’m committed to my family. I’m a great chess player and like to dabble in the creative space with my son for his YouTube channel.
