20 Years and Counting!

In March 2002, Patty Crawford founded LTCPCMS with a vision and goal of helping nursing facilities and their senior residents better manage their pharmacy costs. Rodney Burton, R.Ph. joined Patty in January 2003 as her business partner, and together, they grew the company from their kitchen table in Virginia to dozens of employees, hundreds of customers in 40+ states, and countless thousands of these customers’ residents over the next 20 years. We would like to thank our customers, some of which have been with us for the entire journey, for the opportunity to assist in their resident care and their continued support. We look forward to providing best-in-class service with a smile for the next 20 years and beyond!

The Next Move Program, a 501 (c)(3) organization, partners with businesses to create guided internship experiences for young adults with disabilities.

Our organization aims to combat the 70% unemployment rate for young adults with diverse needs in the Commonwealth. Through education and job training, we empower these individuals to achieve their goals. 80% of our graduates have gained employment or acceptance to post-secondary programming.

Together, we can give all young people—regardless of different abilities—hope for the future.

Founded in 1998, we have dedicated over 20 years to helping our clients find meaningful employment as a part of a full and enriching lifestyle.  Those who encounter varying obstacles to entering the competitive work force find their efforts become more productive when paired with The Choice Group’s assistance.  Some of our clients’ success is found through various state and federal resources.  We also work with school systems, insurance companies or even private referrals.  No matter where you are on your journey, we strive to help you achieve your goals of employment and self-sufficiency as far as you’d like to take them.  We’ve had thousands of clients in our years as counselors and it has been a joy and an inspiration to share in their achievements.
